Aggressive breed dogs or any mix of aggressive breed dogs are not allowed. American Pit Bull Terriers, American Bulldogs, Staffordshire Terriers or Bull Terriers, English Bull Terriers Doberman Pinschers, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf Hybrids, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Akitas and Argentine Dogos. List is not all inclusive. Management reserves the right to deny any animal based off of pet interview. BGI does not allow Rodents, Reptiles, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Birds, Ferret, etc.
Pet policy:
One-time non-refundable pet fee of $300. $30/month pet rent. Two pet maximum per apartment. 60 lb weight limit. BGI does not allow aggressive breed dogs, or any mix of aggressive breed dogs are not allowed. Breed restrictions apply.
